Preston-Bernick Retention Program
We want to ensure the best and brightest public safety employees stay employed in the Town of Palm Beach.
That’s why members of the Palm Beach Police & Fire Foundation’s Board of Directors created the Preston-Bernick Retention Program. With a goal to recruit, retain, motivate and reward members of the Palm Beach Police and Fire Rescue Departments, The Foundation contributes a percentage of each employee’s salary into individual, tax-deferred accounts managed by a third party organization.
