The Palm Beach Police Department is hosting a Coaching the Mature Driver Course in partnership with Safeguard Palm Beach and the Safety Council of Palm Beach County.
This course has been developed for the senior experienced driver. The course reviews basic driving techniques and introduces techniques to help offset the effects of having a crash while driving. Coaching the Mature Driver combines lecture with discussion and video in a lively and informative format. The State of Florida offers an insurance discount for licensed drivers 55 or older who complete this course.
